Terms & Conditions

 PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR AFFECT PURCHASES.

Product Availability IZ ADAPTIVE cannot guarantee product availability and products; nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. IZ ADAPTIVE reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Typographical Errors IZ ADAPTIVE strives to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. IZ ADAPTIVE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, IZ ADAPTIVE shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Payment and Importation
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside OF Canada You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

Return Policy15-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • IZ ADAPTIVE strives for 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 15-day money back guarantee for all Clothing that have been purchased at retail price from our online store.
  • Customer needs to apply for the refund within 5 days from receipt of purchase.
  • To request a refund, contact our support team at info@IZadaptive.com.
  • Our support team member will issue a refund ticket number. You must return the product to the specified IZ ADAPTIVE warehouse within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the refund ticket number. Customer shall bear the return shipping costs. See NOTE below.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund will be arranged with the condition that the return product has not is in good physical condition (free from any types of physical damage and the material is clean and not worn). Refund will be made via cheque and will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Money back guarantee applies only to non-sale items that are being returned due to improper sizing or manufacturer defect. Money back guarantee does not apply to accessories or intimate apparel.

NOTE: IZ ADAPTIVE recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to IZ ADAPTIVE or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
